Keeping track... workout #1 🚴♂️
Working out not only with friends but working out yourself can be really healthy for your physical health and it's good to say active and not be sitting around as much. This summer I have been working on losing weight and also trying to gain more upper body shake because I'm a little weak in that area but it's also important to keep your exercise and movement up. This quarantine I have been exercising by myself but then I started working with my friends and watching tutorials and videos which if you want me to link down below I can and if you also have recommended workouts for me! Feel free to also tell me about your experiences and how much you exercise a day because it is important. And if you want some music to workout I also can link it below but I also can link my username so that you can see all of the playlist that I listen to on a daily basis.On the page above I used mid liners and my lining pain and I didn't really add any stickers or add any washi tape because I wanted to keep it simple and it was just for work out which I don't use very often maybe once a day. I also have been practicing how to do calligraphy and hand lettering and my original hand lettering work is actually on the bullet journal and I did not copy it I use the template but I did not copy it like straight away it was that I put like the alphabet together which I can also link the tablet that I used or that I based all of it off of. Although hand lettering can be a little tricky it is very nice and it looks very artistic and creative so congrats to the people who have made him lettering and I hope you guys can also suggest some templates that I can use and what I can face off my Art House. Exercise Suggestions!
Hi guys! So these are some workout videos, youtubers and app that I use on a daily basis this summer! Some of you asked for these videos and recommendations. If you have any recommendations for me, please comment or email me! Always open to suggestions. Workout women is one of my favorite workout apps because they have daily challenges as well as programs you can follow with consistency. If you forget to exercise that day, Workout women will remind you through alarm and will always keep you motivated through inspirational quotes! Very user friendly and as soon as you start an exercise combo, it almost is like a youtube video. All their reminders are super helpful in keeping you active. The workout videos I have recommended are the ones I use on Thursdays and Mondays. They are also very informational and have many different levels you can try to challenge and push yourself! Everyone is beautiful when they feel confident and happy! Have a great day and workout!
