Purchasing a Bullet Journal :) 📔
I can’t believe that I have purchased my very own Bullet Journal. At first I was scared because art wasn’t something I was passionate about. In fact, my friend Alexis introduced it to me in 10th grade. That was when I started making my own planner using disc binds which were a huge shock to me. They were very environmentally friendly at the same time very useful. Definitely recommend but that’s not what we are talking about. Alexis had just purchased Amanda Rachel’s new bullet journal which look amazing and I didn’t even know what calligraphy or handlettering was. I was amazed how creative it was and I decided to try it this year. And it might be one of the best decisions I have ever made. I feel a lot more productive and organized.

When looking for a bullet journal, they can be pretty expensive depending on the sites you go on. Personally, Amazon is my best of best friend. Like, call me up to do an Amazon haul! Amazingly I found a bullet journal for $8.45 in the color yellow. I personally chose yellow because it coordinated with the theme I had for this year which was boho/summer/aesthetic if you get my vibe. There are other bullet journals with many designs and more colorful but this year I decided to go basic. Now you have to decide whether you work better with lines or dotted. In my preference, dotted looks a lot cleaner to me when designing. Purchasing a bullet journal takes commitment and a lot of patience. Very good for stress as well (especially for me Hahahah). Bullet journaling has made me more committed and organized which is what I need especially during junior year. Let me know in the comments what you purchase! I would love to see your designs!
