Keep your mental health in ✅
tracking your mood can be difficult because your mood changes every so often in one day. However tracking it also contributes to your mental health which makes me think that this bullet Journal will probably be more about my health and about my habits then school but it's it's flexible hahaha. For this page I decided to do a mood tracker because sometimes my mood changes and I am working on trying to be more positive and having a healthy balance between positive thoughts and negative thoughts. I decided to make things flowers as well and to be more colorful instead of dull neutral colors just like the playlist so there is a bit of a pattern but I wanted to still continue with the same type of hand lettering and header. I started experimenting on how to do hand lettering on this page and it wasn't only in pen. I outlined it in pencil at first just in case there were any mistakes.

As you can see in the key box I decided to split the moods into good, okay, and then sad or bad because I wanted to be more simple and also concise so that I wasn't stressed about what to pick or it was easier to follow and it also just made the plant more interesting and very colorful which I loved. I actually finished this tracker because I started around August but I will make another tracker or monthly ones and it might not be a plant it might be something else depending on the theme. For this I used mid liners and my lining pain for most of the designs. This was also pinterest-inspired. Making boards on Pinterest I don't think I have mentioned is very helpful especially if you're looking for specific style because if you save it to one place it's easier to access and it's way more efficient and organized in your thoughts because you might want to organize it in two months on how you're going to make your bullet Journal which city in the time of looking for a steam or what to write down. I would love to see all of your mood trackers or more creative extras! Happy journaling!
