Good habits are important! 🥺😀
Good habits are very important especially if you are a high schooler or if you are a middle schooler or especially if you're a college student because it allows you to be more organized and maintaining those healthy and good habits allow you to check in with your mental health and physical health. For my bullet Journal habit I decided to record my water consumption Because I'm really bad at maintaining how much water I drink which is really really bad. I also decided to record the time I sleep because technically teenager my age is supposed to have 10 to 14 hours of sleep and I only get about 5 or if I'm lucky 7 so I need to start sleeping early I also have recorded the amount of times that I start watching movies or reading books which is really good. Reading books and detaching yourself from technology is super helpful for your mental health and just taking a break on your eyes because screen time can kind of damage your eyes. Also taking that break so that your brain can reboot itself and you will have more than enough energy for the next task that you have to do. Something specifically for 11th graders is SAT practice which because of covid-19 canceled but it's good to have that practice and to just be prepared for anything and I've started a year ago but I haven't been consistent which is really not because I'm going to be taking it next year so I have to be prepared and have to be ready. Lastly, how much time I spend with my family because that's always important to have and it's also really good for your mental health because you are surrounded by people who encourage you and who look after you which gives you more positive thoughts. For this page I used mostly my midliners to create the different boxes I guess to graph out or show my progress during September all of September. I also used some stickers and I shaded in with my lining pain which was a micro pen. Happy bullet journaling.
